IOC and CECAFA organize sport and peace seminar in Rwanda

The Council of East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA) and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have organized a joint seminar on Sport and Peace which kicked off in Rwandan capital Kigali today 30th of August and will continue un
