Photo/ Salad Idow Hassan SSPA Member  By Shafici Moyaddin Abokar First Vice-president and Head of International Relations, SSPA The Somali National Olympic Committee has presented a high level special recognition award to Somali police force Chief, General Abdi Hassan Awale nicknamed "Qebydiid", during a well organized ceremony which took place at a national police traffic workshop in Mogadishu on Tuesday. Somali Olympic Committee president Aden Hajji Yabarow who addressed the ceremony said that General Qeybdiid  deserved the prestigious award because of his efforts in fighting against drugs, developing sport, peace and public integration in the lawless Horn of Africa nation.
