Somali Handball Federation Secretary General Attends International Handball Federation Congress in Cairo. Somali Handball Federation Secretary General Mr. Nur Maye Osman Attended XXXII International Handball Federation ordinary Congress in Cairo-Egypt betwwen 3rd and 7th of June 2009. The congress elected the executive council of the next four years. The Congress elected the incumbent president Dr. Hassan Mustoufa to lead IHf for the next four years where he beat in majority vote the candidate from Luxemberg Mr. Jean Kaiser. The congress also elected Mr. Miguel Roge Mas, the former treasury of the IHF as the 1st vice president of IHF, Mr. Joel Delplanque as the secretary general and Mr. Sandi Sola as the Treasury of the IHF. The congress also approved Bolivia, Indonesia, Malawi, Peru, Singpore, Saint Kitts, Nevis and Tajikistan asnew memebers of the IHF. During the congress Mr. Nur Maye Osman, the secretay general of the Somali handball Federation, met with Dr. Hassan Moustafa, the IHF zonal representatives, the national federations. and they all promised a firm support of the development of booming Handball in Somalia.         Somali NOC Media Department
