A Top level delegation from Somali Olympic committee under the leadership of NOCSOM During the three-day visit Somali Olympic committee delegation met with IOC president Jacques Rogue who praised and congratulated Somali NOC on its hard work in the lawless country where life or work is impossible because of insecurity.
