For the second time in less than ten years, the Somali semiautonomous region of Puntland will host the nation Somali NOC First Vice-president of International Relations Duran Ahmed Farah said in a press conference on Saturday that Somali Olympic committee and Puntland authorities had reached a mutual understanding on the region hosting of the Games.     For the past few days a high level Somali Olympic delegation under the chairmanship of Mr Duran Farah including SFF president Said Mahmud Nur has been visiting Puntland where they held meetings with Puntland authorities including President Abdurahman Mahmoud Faroole, his deputy Abdi Samad Ali Shire and the regional sports minister Mohamed Abdi Nur.
